Group 1: Patients MRi, neuropsychological assessment & statistical analysis Group 2: Subjects receive a one-time neuropsychological test for a one-time MRT

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Glioma left hemisphere (WHO i-IV)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any history of neurologic or psychiatric illness, Left-handedness, MRI incompatibility.

Measure	Time frame
The impact of the tumour on the language network will be measured using statistical machine learning models, probably by the end of 2024. What: Tumours in the language area; When: 2021-2024; How: Neuropsychological testing (AAT, NIHSS, DEMTECT, BN20, EHI) and advanced neuroimaging (dMRI, rsfMRI, T1, T2, MPM in subjects 1x each, in patients immediately before and up to 7 days after surgery.	—
