Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- All patients aged above 18 2- Patients with Diagnosed Breast cancer. 3- Patients who achieved complete pathological response after neoadjuvant Chemotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who got operated outside Aga Khan University Hospital 2. Patients whose specimen histopathology was reported from elsewhere. 3. Patients with incomplete medical records
