Group 1: Patients who are presented in the palliative consultation in 4 centers. The study is designed with one arm, but it is recruited in 4 centers (no center comparison).

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Presumed life expectancy > 2 weeks - Adequate physical and mental vitality to be able to answer the questionnaires (possibly with assistance) - Existence of an independently signed declaration of consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Obvious severe dementia that makes it impossible to answer the questions - Lack of knowledge of German to answer the questionnaires
