Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with a clinical diagnosis of idiopathic or atypical Parkinson's syndrome according to MDS criteria, IPS stages I - IV according to Hoehn & Yahr (in OFF-state), aged between 18 and 85 years, Duration of illness: ( = 1 ), Interest in dealing with telemedicine issues Ability to use a smartphone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: IPS stage = 5 according to Hoehn & Yahr (in OFF-state), palliative status
