Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - age: 18 years or older - each sex - written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI > 35 - no German fluency - medication with impact on the examined data - anticoagulation therapy or coagulation disorder - chronic diseases: e.g. neurological, cardio-pulmonal, endocrine, renale, hepatic, psychiatric or autoimmune diseases - past acute cardio-vascular events (stroke, TIA) - occupational radiation exposure - substance abuse - electrical implants for stimulation or therapy - metallic devices at or in the body (e.g. surgical screws, implants or material for osteosynthesis) which are not compatible with MRI - fixed braces or retainers - tatoos in the examined area of the body - intensive grinding at metallic objects in the past month - pain e.g. back pain - pregnancy - nursing - person with no or limited legal capacity or person in official custody - each additional condition which deems the participant unsuitable to the MD in charge (claustrophobia, non-compliance) - copper intrauterinepessar - hormonal intrauterinepessar if not compatible with MRI - smokers

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Change in A1 adenosine receptor availability (measured as distribution volume with PET) under hypoxia in comparison to normoxia in the frontal cortex.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Change of cognitive performance (attention measured with a psychomotor vigilance task (PVT) under hypoxia in comparison to normoxia. Change in cerebral blood flow (measured with arterial spin labelling in the MRI) under hypoxia in comparison to normoxia.
