Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The following individuals will be included in the study: Pretest: - One participant with chronic back pain (over 65 years of age). Evaluation: - 15 patients with chronic low back pain (over 65 years). General inclusion criteria: - Chronic back pain longer than 6 months - = 65 years of age - Independent mobility
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1) cognitive disorders 2) sensory and/or motoric deficits, 3) not being able to actively perform exercises (especially in the field of segmental stabilitation in supine position) 4) spinal malignancies, tumors, fibromyalgia

Examination of the need for such a system and the usefulness of the system using qualitative content analysis. Assessment of potential usability and intention to use the system by the test persons by using the Technology Usage Inventory.
