Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: i. representatives (primarily the heads of departments) of clinics in the disciplines of dermatology, gastroenterology, pneumology, pediatrics and ENT in Germany. ii. Number of beds of the corresponding clinic > 10 beds iii. written informed consent to participate voluntarily in the study.

| Explorative study: The allergological care in Germany is surveyed with a questionnaire. For this purpose, questions on care, diagnostics and therapy will be answered by the respective clinic directors by means of an online questionnaire.
