Group 1: Addicted parents with children aged between 0 and 12 years, addicted mothers during pregnancy or expectant fathers who take part in the special therapy programme for addicted parents. Group 2

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Parenthood with children aged 0-12 years or existing pregnancy • Children live in the household • Diagnosis of a dependency disorder or harmful substance use according to ICD 10 • Sufficient ability to communicate with the respective study staff, to answer questions or to complete questionnaires. • answer questions or complete questionnaires. • Ability to consent after detailed written information (Fully Informed Consent) • Availability of a valid written consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Failure to achieve abstinence in the context of qualified withdrawal/detoxification • Florid psychotic syndrome • Lack of capacity to consent • Failure to provide valid written consent to participate in the study • Acute suicidal behaviour
