Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Voluntary consent to participate in the study, being a member of Technical University Dresden (employee or student)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current suicidal tendencies, current psychotherapeutic/psychiatric treatment or treatment completed in the last 4 weeks, psychotic disorder, substance use disorder; no Internet access; insufficient knowledge of German or reading skills; underage.

Aim of the pilot study is to test the feasibility, reach, acceptance, satisfaction and use for university members of Technical University Dresden

Assessment of relevant psychosocial variables at pre-assessment and post-assessment (8 weeks past pre-assessment): - Depression and anxiety symptoms: PHQ-4 (Kroenke et al., 2009). - Subjective stress experience: PSS-10 (Schneider et al., 2020). - Resilience: Brief Resilience Scale (Chmitorz et al., 2018).
