Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - pragnancy excluded - patient consens form - elective cardiac or vascular surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - severe anemia - pre-surgery existing autoimmune disease - pre-medication: immunosuppressive medication
