Group 1: 9 week unguided online self-help programm

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Diagnosed depressive disorder (mild or moderate). - Informed consent - A total BDI-II score of below 29 at the time of the baseline survey - Access to the Internet - Sufficient knowledge of the German language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Bipolar disorder - Psychotic illness - Substance addictions - Acute suicidality - current use of highly potent or atypical antipsychotics - severe mental illness outside the range of indications for “Tilda Care Depression”
