Group 1: Nurses who worked before and after the effective date of 1:1/1:2 care (effective date: 01.01.2017) will be interviewed once about their perceptions regarding the impact of the quality assuran

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nursing professionels, which work in the nursing care on a neonatal intensive care unit of a level 1 perinatal centre. Informed consent is signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons, wo do not work in the nursing care on a neonatal intensive care unit of a level 1 perinatal centre. Informed consent is not signed.

The aim is to conduct six to ten guided expert interviews with nursing professionals, in which they are asked about their perceptions and experiences regarding the effects of the quality assurance guideline. For this purpose, an interview guideline was designed.	—
