Group 1: We conducted 25 interviews with patients in cardiac rehabilitation. All interviews were recorded, transcribed and evaluated according to the thematic analysis following Braun and Clarke´s app

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in cardiac rehabilitation after an acute event, working age (18 - 60), extensive work-related problems

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • No informed consent • Early retirement • Unemployment for more than 3 months prior to the cardiac event
