Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses and ward assistants from participating wards who are employed full-time or part-time. Participation in the empCARE training is a prerequisite for taking part in the data collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students, trainees, temporary staff
