Inclusion criteria: Patients: 30-75 years, elective cardiac catheterization Practitioners: staff member of the catheterization lab

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients: pregnancy, unability to fill in a questionnaire, intellectual impairment Practitioners: endocrinologic-metabolic diseases

Stress - chronic stress (questionnaire: Trier Inventory for chronic stress); percieved stress (questionnaire: Perceived Stress Scale); physiological stress (heart rate variability: mobile electrocardiogram) Stress measurement points for patients: before intervention (M1/baseline=day before cardiac catheterization), after intervention (M2/day before cardiac catheterization), follow-up (M3/6 month after intervention, postal) Stress measurement points for practitioners: before intervention (M1/baseline for intervention; heart rate variability on working day and day off), after intervention (M2/8 weeks after baseline; heart rate variability on working day and day off), follow-up (M3/6 month after baseline, postal, only questionnaires)
