Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: primary cancer diganosis (colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer) before or at the beginning of cancer treatment life expactancy = 12 months ECOG = 2 Written and valid informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: contraindication against the spiroergometry: - severe coronary insufficiency (NYHA III-IV) - therapy refractory high blood pressure III-IV° - respiratory insufficiency, COPD >III° - therapy refractory thrombocytopenia < 10.000/µl - uncontrolled hemorrhagic diathesis - instable coronary syndrom - instable cardiac arrhythmias - unconsontrolled cerebric epilepsy contraindication against bioimpedance analysis: - implanted pacemaker or defibrillator - Non-detachable, active protheses with electric control pregnancy Missing informed consent
