Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At least 18 years old; Symptoms of non-organic insomnia (score of =5 on the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index); Smartphone with android (version 4.0 or higher); Internet access and valid e-mail address; Written consent after informing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Organic insomnia; Being under psychotherapeutic or psychiatric treatment; Being on a waitlist for psychotherapeutic or psychiatric treatment; Current or former diagnosis of a psychotic disorder or Borderline Personality Disorder; Acute suicidality; Linguistic barriers
