Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Intubated and artifically ventilated of a hsitoric cohort vs. spontaneously breathing healthy volunteers signed infromed consent age>18 weight 50-120kg no pacemaker no cutaneous alterations of the thoracic skin

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: spontaneously breathing healthy volunteers no signed infromed consent age 120kg pacemaker cutaneous alterations of the thoracic skin pregnacy
