Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: existing therapy with an oral anticancer agent or initiation of therapy with an oral anticancer agent, treatment at the CCC Erlangen-EMN or cooperating practices, ability to complete questionnaires

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: lack of german language skills (in written or spoken form), cognitive impairment, non-consenting patients, missing written consent

Primary

MeasureTime frame
At least 70 % of patients treated with oral antitumor drugs at the CCC Erlangen-EMN are counselled by the Competence and Consultation Center for Medication Safety. (descriptive)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
e.g. rates and severity of side effects (questionnaire), health-related quality of life (questionnaire), patient knowledge (questionnaire), medication errors (descriptive) number of referring institutions and physicians (descriptive)
