Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Heart disease (esp. chronic coronary syndrome, valvular diseases, heart failure)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: any condition which prevents the patient from regular physical exercise

MeasureTime frame
The primary objective of this study is to assess the amount of regular physical activity.

The secondary objective of this study is to identify barriers for regular physical activity and to correlate these with pychological factors.
