Group 1: Retrospective study, all mission data of the DRF Luftrettung from the years 2012-2020 are evaluated. For the purpose of this study, all patients between 0-16 years of age will be recorded. In

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients from 2012-2020 in the emergency medical service, age 0-16 years, completed GCS and NRS scales.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Missing data sets (GCS, NRS), no age assignment.

Measure	Time frame
Evaluation of all pediatric emergencies from 2012-2020. a) Numerical Rating Scale at the beginning of the operation and at handover in the hospital.	—

a) Reduction of the NRS in the period of use by 2 points or 30%. b) Recording of the administered drugs (opiates, non-opiates).	—
