Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For screening: Diagnosis of peripheral neuropathy For participation in the other parts of the study: Diagnosis of peripheral neuropathy OR diagnosis of brachioradial pruritus OR healthy control subject. Additional inclusion criterion for peripheral neuropathy: In the diary over one week, moderate pain = NRS 5 and, pruritus = 1 OR moderate pruritus = 5, pain = 1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other serious illness that would falsify the examination results or make participation difficult, known wound healing disorders or anticoagulation (due to skin biopsy).
