Group 1: Children with normal pure-tone and speech audiometric results and regular middle ear function perform the SEC. Various everyday sounds in different noise conditions and a selection of picture

Inclusion criteria: School attendance 1st or 2nd grade

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mean pure-tone thresholds at 05, 1, 2, and 4 kHz below 60 dB HL
