Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For examiners: active emergency physician, voluntary participation, completed consent form For patients: main symptom is dyspnea

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For examiners: refusal or missing or withdrawal of informed consent For patients: below the minimum age, pregnancy, infectiousness, cardio-pulmonary resuscitation, acute ST elevation myocardial infarction in ECG
