Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age> 18 years, sessile or flat adenomatous neoplasia > 20mm, signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: coagulopathy (INR > 1.5, Thrombocyts III pregnancy and breastfeeding severe fibrosis or submucosal invasion of adenoma / cancer poor access to the lesion
