Design outcomes

| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Total physical activity per week was measured including moderate and vigorous activities summarized into the primary outcome variable (MtoVPA). The weekly level of physical activity is queried by a standardized movement questionnaire. The International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) measures self-reported physical activity measured in vigorous and moderate activities as well as walking done in the last seven days. Furthermore, sedentary time per week, which is also captured via the IPAQ was measured. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The exposure to psychological and physical symptoms was measured via the Brief Symptom Inventory (BSI). The BSI measures the subjectively perceived impairment caused by 18 physical and psychological symptoms over the last seven days on the basis of a 5-step Likert scale (0 = not at all, 4 = very strong). The symptom load is measured in the evaluation with the 18-item version of the BSI (Franke 2000). This instrument is a short form of the 90-question Symptom Checklist SCL-90-R. Moreover, Physical activity domains (work, A to B, leisure time) were recorded. | — |
