Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Comorbid insomnia (F51.0) + sleep apnea (G47.3)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excessive use of alcohol and drugs; suicidality; schizophrenia/acute psychosis; epilepsy
