Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: As part of the study, all patients who are inpatient or outpatient in the cardiology department of the EVK Bergisch Gladbach should be included in a cardiological intervention (HKU, coronary angioplasty) during the study period. All patients are informed orally and in writing about the study prior to inclusion and give their written consent to participate in the study by signing the declaration of consent. Patients who are unable to give their consent are informed orally and in writing in the presence of the supervisor / authorized person. In order to avoid selection BIAS, all patients who give their consent are recruited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with emergency interventions, pregnant women and minors are excluded. Patients who are already participating in another clinical study will be excluded. A lack of consent is also an exclusion criterion. The death of a patient during the follow-up is not an exclusion criterion.
