Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Severe mental illness according to ICD-10: Psychotic disorders according to ICD-10 (F20, F22, F25) affective disorders according to ICD-10 (F32.2/F32.3; F33.2/F33.3) Borderline personality disorder (F60.3) Age between 18 and 65 informed consent sufficient knowledge of german Clinical global impression > 2 Global assessment of functioning > 29
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: severe cognitive impairment, CGI 1 - 2; GAF 1 - 29

| Subproject 1: - Survey of (1) psychiatric and somatic diagnoses and (2) medication of all inpatients on a cut-off date in the 3rd quarter. Subproject 2: Inclusion of 150 participants between 01.09.2021 and 01.03.2022.
