Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Female and male patients ? 18 years of age. - Initial diagnosis of histologically confirmed glottic laryngeal carcinoma of the Stages T1a/b or T2 - Curative intention to treat - Informed and written consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Age <18 years - Non-existent or limited legal capacity - Past head and neck cancer with surgical and / or conservative Treatment - Pre-existing limitations / limitations independent of the tumor in speech and swallowing function
