Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age between 18 and 75 years - Ability to give consent is given - Basic willingness to be vaccinated - Basic willingness to have blood drawn at 3 points in time - Employed at the University Medical Center Göttingen

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Acute COVID-19 infection - domestic quarantine

Antibody titer and T-cell response 3-6 months after the 2nd vaccination and 4-6 months after the 3 vaccination.
