Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for participating organizations: - Institutions of different sizes and different sponsors, institutions in which "Healthy Start - Nursing Edition" has already been offered in previous training years, as well as institutions in which "Healthy Start - Nursing Edition" is newly established. - At least 40 participants are sought per facility, who can be divided into an intervention and a waiting control group (at least 2 class groups). Inclusion criteria for trainees: - The start of training as a nurse (m/f/d) will take place between 01.04. and 01.09.2021. If not enough participants can be recruited, trainees who started their training a little earlier/later will also be included. - The participants should not have previously taken part in the project "Healthy Start - Nursing Edition".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for participating organizations: - Per organization with less than 40 participants that can be divided into an intervention and a waiting control group (at least 2 class groups). Exclusion criteria for trainees: - Trainees who are in their second or third year of training and have not newly started nursing training. - Participants who have already taken part in the project "Healthy Start - Edition Pflege".

Primary Outcome: Stress The measurement time points are: - t0 Baseline (1-2 days before workshops for the intervention group) - t1 0,5 months after the last workshop for the intervention group - t2 2,5 months after the last workshop for the intervention group - t3 4 months after the last workshop for the intervention group (equals 14 days after the last workshop for the waiting control group).
