Group 1: The intervention group performs a complex training program with high-intensity endurance training, HIT and intensive strength training. The training is completed with mindfulness exercises.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female/Male HSCT Therapy Age: 8-25 years Signed consent form of the participants or legal representatives
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Concomitant diseases that make training impossible pregnancy other factors that severely limit the ability to cooperate (highly impaired communication, serious psychiatric illnesses, etc.)
