Group 1: Patients with different tumor entities will be interviewed in a cross-sectional survey regarding psychosocial stress and support wishes.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All consecutive outpatients, inpatients and partial inpatients who present themselves for diagnosis, therapy or aftercare at the Oncology Center Western Pomerania of the University Medical Center Greifswald during the survey period: - at the age of at least 18 years - with a suspected or confirmed cancer diagnosis - independent of cancer type, stage, treatment phase and treatment setting (outpatient, inpatient and day-care) - who are physically and mentally able to understand the interview questions without help from others - with sufficient knowledge of the German language - who agree to the interview
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - limited cognitive abilities - insufficient physical condition - insufficient knowledge of German
