Group 1: Kidney transplant patients without UTI. Urine sample analysis for immune cells, kidney cells, antibodies and bacteria at every regularly clinic visit, at least 3 times over the time course. G

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Kidney transplantation, follow up clinic visit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute rejection, Anuria, Nephrostomy, ileal conduit.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Main hypothesis: Microbiome and cell signature differ in kidney transplant patients with and without urinary tract infection. Analysis of differences is feasible by urine FACS.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Other Hypotheses: -Urinays cell signatures and microbiome are significantly correlated -Urinary immune cell populations hold a predictive value for the development of UTI or relapse of UTI -Urinary cell signatures differ depending on bacteria colonization -Urinary cell populations differ in patients with asymptomatic bacteriuria and UTI -Urinary cell signatures and transplant function are significantly correlates during / after UTI
