Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children = 12 years of age, for whom an MRI of the head (cMRI) is performed for medical reasons and who require procedural sedation 2. To keep the airways clear, the insertion of a oropharyngeal tube is necessary (decision of the anaesthetist) 3. Existing declaration of consent after clarification and consent of the custodian parents / legal representatives

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate 2. No indication for the insertion of an oropharyngeal airway

1. Rate (in percent) of the oropharyngeal airways correctly placed in the target area, if they had been introduced according to the methods angle of the mouth to the angle of the jaw, and comparison of this with the primary endpoint. 2. Comparison between anatomical distances, which are determined on the basis of the measurements on the patient and which are later measured on the MRI images (do image and patient measurements match?) 3. Identification of the optimal placement area of ??the tip of a nasopharyngeal temperature probe based on the MRI images defined as the shortest distance from the nasopharyngeal mucosa to the internal carotid artery
