Group 1: women in early pregnancy (10th-14th week of gestation)
Patients fill in several stress questionnaires (general and pregnancy-related Stress) and a blood sample is taken in order to evaluate objective stressmarkers (IL-6, CRP, cortisol).

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Pregnancy in the 10th to 14th week of pregnancy - Participation in a first semester screening at Praenatal - Written consent to participate in the study - Age of the patient = 18 years of age - Sufficient knowledge of German to ensure that the Information sheet and the declaration of consent are understood
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Lack of mental, physical or linguistic abilities that prevent participation - Serious diseases of the fetus known even before the first semester screening (a suspicion of fetal malformation is not a reason for exclusion) - Known anxiety disorder of the patient

| The study takes place during an first trimester screening. • Evaluation of the connection between subjective experiences of stress and anxiety (general and pregnancy-related; STAI-State, PSS - general Stress questionniare; PDQ - pregnancy-relaetd stress) and objective stress markers (cortisol, interleukin-6, C-reactive protein) in the blood • Evaluation of demographic, social and medical factors (age, level of education, previous miscarriages, parity, conception, BMI) that are related to an increased stress level • Evaluation of the influence of the stress parameters in early pregnancy on the birth outcome | — |
