Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: documented risk for developing a pressure injury; documented information of the patient about this risk

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patient not able to speak German - Disorientation towards time, situation, person, location or being congntively limited - Patient treated on intensive care unit - End-of-life care
