Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with - Chronic pruritus patients with prurigo nodularis (with and without atopic predisposition), atopic dermatitis, (L28.1, L 20.8/L20.9) over the age of 18 years - Skin type I – IV (Fitzpatrick classification) - Caucasians - Pruritus at lower arm - Itch intensity =3, average itch, NRS 24 hours - Presence of lichenified and non-lichenified lesional areas at the arm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of understanding of the language Breastfeeding / pregnant women Disease that prevents participation in an examination Neurological disease such as MS, epilepsy, Parkinson's, Z.n. Stroke, chronic pain syndromes such as fibromyalgia Allergy to substances used, local anesthetics Injuries, infections and / or tattoos in the examination area Drug or alcohol addiction Long-term use of opioid analgesics Tendency to excessive scarring
