Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 -65 years PSQI >5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • BMI > 30 • No stable medication • Sleep apnea, sleep-related breathing disorders • performance athletes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
sleep quality (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index; PSQI), Assessment is carried out for the sleep quality before, after 6 weeks and after the intervention.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Sleep and health related parameter by use of questionnaires: • Fatigue Scale • Sleep reactivty (Ford Insomnia Response to Stress Test; FIRST) • Psychological well-being (WHO-Five Well-Being Index) • Numeric rating scale for subjective health status 2. Sleep and health related parameter by use of fitnesstrackers: • physical activity (number of steps, active zone minutes) • sleep duration and sleep efficience 3. General psychopathology: • Depressive symptoms by use of Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) and anxiety symptoms by use of Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7) • Somatization by use of Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-15) 4. Credibility and expectancy by use of the Credibility and Expectancy questionnaire (CEQ)
