Inclusion criteria: 18 -65 years PSQI >5
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • BMI > 30 • No stable medication • Sleep apnea, sleep-related breathing disorders • performance athletes

Sleep and health related parameter by use of fitnesstrackers: • physical activity (number of steps, active zone minutes) • sleep duration and sleep efficience 3.
