Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ICD I60-64, ICD I67, ICD I69, ICD G45, capability to understand provided information and to use the app, german language skills, Barthel-Index >30, informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Traumatic brain injury, missing app access (no phone or tablet), aphasia with strong difficulties in understanding language (e.g. global aphasia, Wernicke aphasia or transcortical sensory aphasia), strong cognitive or neuro-psychological deficits, paresis of both arms or ataxia of both arms or strong ideomotor or ideatory apraxia of both arms.
