Interventions

Group 1: Patients with migraine without aura and patients with migraine without aura will receive the following questionnaires as part of the study: 1. questionnaire about migraine diagnosis and char
2. questionnaire about visual phenomena, especially Visual Snow and Alice in Wonderland symptoms
3. questionnaire about near-death experiences. 4. questionnaire on REM sleep behavior disorders. 5. questionnaire about REM intrusions 6. questionnaire about depressiveness, anxiety and stress

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Presence of confirmed episodic or chronic migraine with or without aura according to International Headache Society (IHS) criteria. - Routine presentation at the Charité Headache Center - Sufficient knowledge of the German language to answer the questionnaires

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Severe psychiatric and/or neurological conditions that may affect study participation - Other known headache disorders - Regular use of more than 5 medications (polypharmacy)

Key secondary endpoints: - Prevalence of REM sleep behavior disorders (%), and specifically REM intrusions, in patients with migraine with aura compared with patients with migraine without aura. - Prevalence of NDEs (%) in patients with migraine with REM sleep behavior disorders compared with patients with migraine without REM sleep behavior disorders - Prevalence of visual snow symptoms (%) in patients with migraine with aura compared with patients with migraine without aura - Prevalence of AIWS (%) in patients with migraine with aura compared to patients with migraine without aura - Positive correlation between frequency of visual snow symptoms and DASS score - Positive correlation between frequency of AIWS and DASS score
