Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Age over 18 years - Both sexes - Indication according to objective - Pulmonary diseases - Upper respiratory tract infection - Local infections with MRSA - Viral infection - Other diseases in which changes in exhalted air may to be expected.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Severe impairment of lung function with inability to engage in a slow expiratory VK maneuver. - Unclear illnesses and medication intake - Lack of cooperation or legal capacity of the patient or suspicion that the necessary data of the patient cannot be recorded - Lack of consent
