Group 1: Cystic fibrosis patients will be asked to fill in our sport - questionnaire and the SNOT-22.

Inclusion criteria: cystic fibrosis patient registered in our ambulance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: no cystic fibrosis diagnose, not registered in our ambulance

difference of SNOT-22 - total score before start of a new cftr modulator and after 6 month taking the new modulator the score before start will be collected in retrospect at the same visit in our outpatient clinic while collecting the score for after the therapie	—
