Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: INCLUSION AND EXCLUSION CRITERIA INTERVIEWS The following inclusion criteria are provided for interviewees*: Age of majority Ability to give consent Sufficient knowledge of German Experience of experts and patients in the implementation of synchronous video communication in the areas of care and therapy (e.g. video consultation, video counseling, video coaching, etc.). For experts only: Affiliation to the professions of occupational therapy, speech therapy, physiotherapy, nursing. Field of work corresponds to an organizational level above the direct work level, e.g. therapeutic and nursing managers in practices or clinics with corresponding experience knowledge INCLUSION AND EXCLUSION CRITERIA QUESTIONNAIRE The following inclusion and exclusion criteria are provided for participants in the questionnaire survey: Age of majority Capacity to give consent Experience of the experts and patients in the implementation of synchronous video communication in the areas of care and therapy (e.g. video consultation, video counseling, video coaching, etc.). For experts only: Affiliation to the professions of occupational therapy, speech therapy, physiotherapy, nursing.

| In order to promote the increasing introduction of synchronous video communication in the sense of a patient-oriented development of the services of the health care system, practice-oriented health care research should take place. Previous research explicitly emphasizes the need to integrate a new type of communication, for example within VSS, into medical education, training and continuing education. The aim of the PhD is the development of an action guide, which is developed in a practical and participatory way, presenting the found findings based on the ICF categories. Thus, the guideline can be a support and orientation in video communication for experts and patients alike. | — |
