Group 1: CIDP treated with IVIg Group 2: CIDP treated with SCIg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed CIDP with sensory and/or motor deficits treated with either IVIg or SCIg. Furthermore, written informed consent is required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Underaged and/or non legally-competent persons, as well as subjects not providing written informed consent for study participation are excluded from the study. Furthermore, therapy with monocloncal antibodies, corticosteroids or immunosuppressants have to be excluded.

Changes of immune cells, their receptors and cytokines will be examined subsequent to IVIg or SCIg infusion to identify specific patterns of activation.	—
