Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Ability to write using a PC, at least good German language skills
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Acute suicidality, psychotic symptoms, mania, presently in psychotherapeutic treatment, substance abuse, psychopharmacological treatment (if dose change within last 6 weeks)
