Inclusion criteria: -patients that achieve ambulatory hand surgery -compliant

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -operations with simultaneous surgery -pregnant patients -patients that cannot be followed-up by the surgeon himself

pain on VAS on post-op day 1

pain relative to nature of operation, operation time acute/elective, preexisting analgesics therapy, anaesthesia, gender, comparison between first and following postop days
