Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary output of our study is the expected change in the share of employed persons by 30 percentage points twelve months after completion of case management. For this purpose, data on the written survey at the beginning and in a 12-month follow-up are mapped.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Various secondary endpoints are collected to map health changes, current illnesses, health problems and risk factors, use of medical and therapeutic treatment and changes in participation: Anxiety (0 to 4 points, Rabung et al. 2009), depression (0 to 4 points, Rabung et al. 2009), subjective risk of employment (0 to 3 points, Mittag and Raspe 2003), participation (0 to 80 points, Deck and Bürger 2005), health-related quality of life (0 to 1 point, Herdman et al. 2010), social support (6 to 30 points, Lin et al. 2019), self-assessed ability to work, satisfaction with different areas of life, informedness about participation services (own items, total score: 0 to 20 points, individual items: 0 to 5 points), and sociodemographic characteristics (employment status, amount of employment, net household income, occupational position, job title, gender, year of birth, mother tongue, partnership, children, school leaving certificate and vocational school leaving certificate). These data are collected at all three times (pre-casemanagement, 6-month and 12-month follow-up).
