Group 1: microbiological smears pre-op and postoperatively after reconstruction of intraoral defects

18 Years to 120 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients of the Clinic for Cranio Maxillofacial Surgery as well as consulted patients from the patients from the University Hospital Düsseldorf. (2) Age of majority (3)Surgical indication for intraoral reconstruction of tissue defects by means of microvascular grafts (4) Consent of the patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Non-consent of the patient (2) Patients who have already undergone intraoral reconstruction of a tissue defect. (Second procedure with a microvascular flaps).
